By accessing and using StockIQ, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. StockIQ ("StockIQ", "we", "us") is an online-only service provided through stockiq.tech. It has no physical office; contact us at support@stockiq.tech.

2. Service Description

StockIQ provides stock market analysis, research tools, and financial data services. Our platform offers:

• Current and historical stock data
• Technical analysis and market insights
• Portfolio tracking and management tools
• Educational resources and market research

3. Subscription Plans

StockIQ offers multiple subscription tiers. All prices are in US dollars (USD):

• Free trial: 15 analyses over 3 days for new users, no credit card required
• Starter Plan: $4.99/month - 15 analyses per day
• Pro Plan: $14.99/month - 50 analyses per day
• Elite Plan: $49.99/month - Unlimited analyses, premium tools and priority support

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are charged in US dollars (USD) and billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not share your account credentials
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems

6. Investment Disclaimer

Important: StockIQ provides information and analysis tools only. We do not provide investment advice. StockIQ does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) or any other financial services licence, and is not a licensed financial adviser, broker or dealer. Scores, signals and reports are automated and general in nature, and do not take your objectives, financial situation or needs into account. All investment decisions are your responsibility. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Consider seeking advice from a licensed professional before making investment decisions.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all market data is error-free or real-time. Use our tools as part of your research, not as the sole basis for investment decisions.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods.

StockIQ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to investment losses.

Our service infrastructure complies with AWS Acceptable Use Policy and Service Terms:
